Yes. Travel blogs, independent publishers and digital media platforms that provide useful information about airports, airport services or travel experiences can enter relevant categories, particularly within Travel Guides & Content.

Can B2B and white-label providers enter?

Yes. B2B suppliers and white-label providers can enter categories that match the services, solutions or technology they provide, including products delivered through other businesses or partner platforms.

How do we enter Flyoneers?

Choose the category that best matches your business, review its requirements and follow the official application instructions when entries open. Make sure your submission clearly explains your service and includes relevant supporting evidence.

How do we choose the right category?

Review the descriptions and judging criteria on each category page. Select the category that best represents your company's service, product or area of expertise.

Can we enter more than one category?

Yes. If your company provides services that match multiple categories, you can submit an entry for each relevant category. Every entry is evaluated separately against its category criteria.

What information should we include in our application?

Your application should clearly describe your company, the services you provide, your target customers and what makes your offering valuable. Include accurate information and relevant examples that demonstrate your performance.

What evidence should we include?

Supporting evidence may include service coverage figures, booking screenshots, customer satisfaction results, performance data, customer feedback and examples of your work. Each category page provides guidance on relevant evidence.

How do I know if my application has been received?

After submitting your application, check for a confirmation message or email. If you are unsure whether your entry was received, you can contact the Flyoneers team at [email protected] for assistance.

What happens if I submit an incomplete application?

Applications should include all required information and supporting documents. Missing information may affect the evaluation of your entry. If you notice something is missing, contact the Flyoneers team as soon as possible for guidance.

Can I edit my application after submitting it?

If you need to correct information or update your application after submission, contact the Flyoneers team at [email protected]. Any changes will depend on the application stage and the programme's submission rules.

What happens after we submit an entry?

Submitted entries go through an eligibility check before being evaluated against the relevant category criteria. The programme then progresses through the shortlist, finalist and winner announcement stages.

Can the jury request additional information?

If additional information or clarification is needed during the evaluation process, the Flyoneers team may contact applicants through official communication channels. Applicants cannot contact jury members directly.

How are winners chosen?

Flyoneers follows an application-based, evidence-based and jury-evaluated process. Eligible entries are assessed using published criteria. Following the evaluation, a shortlist and finalists are announced, and one winner is selected in each category.

What does the jury look for?

The jury considers factors such as service quality, customer experience, reliability, innovation and measurable performance. Each category has its own criteria, allowing entries to be evaluated according to the services they provide.

Do larger companies have an advantage?

Company size alone does not determine the outcome. Entries are assessed against the relevant category criteria and the quality of the supporting evidence, rather than the size or reputation of the company.

Do customer reviews and feedback matter?

Yes. Customer reviews, satisfaction results and feedback can help demonstrate the quality and reliability of a service. They can be included as supporting evidence where relevant to the chosen category.

Where can we see the shortlist, finalists and winners?

Official shortlist, finalist and winner announcements will be published on the Flyoneers website. Visit the programme pages for the latest announcements and updates.

When are the winners announced?

Winner announcements follow the official Flyoneers programme schedule. Check the Key Dates section of the website for the latest information about shortlist, finalist and winner announcement dates.

What do winners receive?

Winners receive an official Flyoneers award and a digital winner badge that they can display on their websites, social media and marketing materials. This recognition helps businesses build customer trust, strengthen their brand reputation and stand out from competitors by showcasing their achievements in the travel and airport services industry.

How can winning a Flyoneers award benefit your business?

Winning a Flyoneers award gives your business an opportunity to showcase its achievements and gain greater recognition in the industry. By displaying your award on your website and promotional materials, you can increase credibility, build confidence among potential customers and highlight the quality of your services.
